We provide quality clean and comfortable accommodation at reasonable rates, catering for all your needs with the added security of a fire alarm system fitted in each gite conforming to EN54 parts 2 & 4.

To help you enjoy your holiday you are invited to use our 11 x 4.5 metre floodlit private swimming pool with solar shower at our discretion, which conforms to French Law No. 2003-9 relating to the security of pools, (NF P90-307). The pool uses salt water chlorination technology which is healthier, more economic, safer, more ecological and more efficient; beneficial to you, us and the environment.

Garden chairs, tables, sun umbrellas and pool loungers are also provided, along with the other facilities that include two separate wood\/charcoal barbecue areas, a laundry room, a children\'s play area with swings and football goal, a games box filled with various indoor and outdoor games and a games room containing American pool, darts, fitness area, small table football and table tennis. The games room is available from May to October.

We also offer archery and bicycle and mountainboard hire. If you enjoy mountain biking at any level we can point or personally accompany you in the direction of over 300 km of off-road track that start when you step out of the door of your gite and, if you are a skater, surfer or snowboarder, then you will love riding our slopes with our off-road skateboards! For those who need access to the internet\/emails, wireless ADSL connection is also available but please bring your own computer.

Situated on a hill, (altitude: 1,012 feet, 308.5 metres), and set in 100 acres (220 vergees, 40 hectares) of land, La Haille Gîtes<\/STRONG> offers an oasis of tranquil, unrivalled seclusion, peace and privacy in a rural location along with an abundance of flora and fauna. In one of our private woods you will find a rope swing, suitable also for those still young at heart and we are currently in the process of constructing a tree house in one of the sturdy oak trees.

Here at La Haille Gîtes<\/STRONG>, there is plenty space to sit, relax or picnic and amongst the many trees you will also find apples, apricots, blackberries, cherries, figs, grapes, hazelnuts, olives, pears, plums (various varieties), quince, sloes and walnuts.

For those who love birdwatching there are many varied and unusual species that have been spotted here at La Haille Gîtes<\/STRONG>. For nature lovers it is not unusual to see dragon fly, bats, squirrels, badgers, hares, foxes, roe deer, lizards, salamanders, toads, tree frogs and wild boar; all of these are regular visitors to La Haille!

Close to Simorre (4 km) a village with all amenities, daily lively markets and the nearby leisure facilities of the lakes at Saramon, Samatan and Boulogne-sur-Gesse, we are in easy access of Blagnac airport, Toulouse, the Pyrénées mountains, Spain, tax free Andorra and pilgrimages to the shrine of St. Bernadette in Lourdes. Auch, the principal city of the Gers, is where you will find varied activities including a paint ball and quad park, day and evening markets, many varied shops, bars, restaurants all situated alongside museums, cathedrals and even d\'Artagnan, the fourth musketeer from \'The Three Musketeers\', thus mixing old and new with historic Gascon culture and architecture.

There are many well marked PR (Petite Randonnée) walks in the area, complete with maps of each of the 30 different circuits, as well as guided walks of interest covering topics such as rare wild Orchids. There are many varieties of this beautiful flower that can be found throughout the countryside along with butterflies galore and birdsong everywhere. You may also cycle or ride on pony or horse back on these tracks and trails and the quiet roads make the Gers an excellent area for exploring.

The Midi-Pyrénées itself has a total of 17,000 kilometres of marked paths with several summits that reach a height of 3,000 metres and which also include the GR10 (Grande Randonnée) running all the way along the Pyrénées mountain range from the Atlantic ocean to the Mediterranean. Many major and minor routes follow the backbone of the Pyrénées, some of which can be completed in a less than a day either alone or guided making this region a walkers and cyclists paradise.
